You can dedicate a plaque for a loved one, with their name and date of their yahrtziet. You can find the form here. The light will be lit during the week of their yahrtzeit each year, as well as during yizkor services.

Names inscribed on the plaque will have their Yahrtzeit observed in the following manner:

• A text or email will be sent each year with a reminder of the day of the Yahrtzeit.

• The memorial bulb will be lit during the week of the yahrtzeit and for all Yizkor Services.
